We understand that letting your property, especially for the first time, can be a daunting experience and with this is mind, we aim to provide you with the best possible service and the right tenant for your property.
Good communication is crucial and we pride ourselves on a personal and friendly service, whilst at the same time maintaining a high standard of competence and professionalism.
For our initial meeting, we will visit your property, if necessary, outside of normal office hours, at a time convenient to you, and will arrange viewings with prospective tenants as required. A member of staff is always available on the telephone, out of hours for both landlords and tenants.
Carefully Selected Quality Tenants
One of the most important aspects of letting property is the selection of quality tenants. All prospective tenants are thoroughly referenced and credit checked, and in some cases we will require a guarantor.
We have the most competitive rates in the area, and may be open to negotiation dependent on the level of service required. We can offer reduced rates to clients with portfolios.
We are able to manage properties for overseas landlords. Where the landlord is resident outside the UK during a tenancy, further information can be obtained from the Inland Revenue.
