- Arranging inspections to ensure compliance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations, the landlord being responsible for all costs involved
- Regular property visits and written reports
- Arranging routine repairs and maintenance
- Legal Action, should it become necessary, the preparation and serving of notices. ( Not including court and solicitors fees)
